SBK Journal

Slipstream Media choose Maple Digital's CMS and hosting platform for their new World Super Bike Journal site.

 

Scottish Junior Football Association

Working with Made By Crunch, Maple were brought in to assist with the SFA's API integration into a new SJFA website.  The API reports fixtures, results and match events.

 

Custom Web API development - Global Shipping Management Firm

Maple Digital were brought in to deliver a new custom Web API built on top of an existing Shipping Management solution.  The aim was deliver functionality to support self service functionality to several thousand Seafarers via a new mobile application built using Xamarin.

Key technologies/platforms used were:

Visual Studio, SQL server, MS Web API framework, Postman test harness, LLBLGen ORM, OAuth & Two Factor authentication, RESTful api design.

 

Birmingham City and Hull City Football sites

In conjunction with Green 4 Solutions and Made By Crunch, Maple Digital delivered a customised Umbraco installation for Birmingham City and Hull City football clubs.

The project involved integrating into a new football stats and video content API along with several other customised content elements

 

Gym Membership Website

Working with another Scottish based web agency, Maple Digital delivered a customised Umbraco installation to enable a large UK based gym client to move their customer’s memberships on-line as opposed to face to face or telephone management.

This project involved integrating to the clients existing Gym management software called Exerp via a web API.

The web interface allows the users to sign up via a simple to use wizard, book classes, pay outstanding debts, upgrade/downgrade their membership packages, upload their profile photos and finally freeze and unfreeze their accounts.

 

Custom SQL Reports

Using SQL Server reporting services, Maple delivered a custom set of business reports for a leading Scottish based on-line property sales and rental website.

These reports allowed the the customer to effectively manage trends within their market.

 

Affiliate Data Manager Project

Working with our client Equator, Maple delivered a new custom web product to manage the data feeds from the various affilate network channels they currently work with.

The aim of the project was to move away from spreadsheet based data manipulation and create a web portal for both Equator staff and their clients.

Maple have been keeping an eye on the new Umbraco version 7 for some time.  When the new offering was deemed more stable by its massive and brilliant development community we decided to give it a try ourselves.  We were able to move our existing component and master page based site over to Umbraco in less than two days.  So far so good. We will keep you posted of any interesting things we find along the way.
